Near our hotel you can visit national parks and protected landscape area with fascinating natural sceneries and unforgetable views. The whole area is famous for its outlook-towers that have been built already in the 19th century and carefully recontructed at present.
National Park Bohemian-Saxonian Switzerland (on both sides of the frontier)

- Pravčická brána (Prebischtor)- the largest stone gate in Central Europe
- Edmund´s pass (defile) on the kamenice river near border-town of Hřensko
- Kyjov´s valley with pass of river Kamenice and Brtnický potok (brook)
- Fortress Koenigstein (D)
- Table-hills with outlook-tower Pfaffenstein and rock “towns” Gohrisch and Papstein (D)
- viaduct Bastei
- Rocks near Jetřichovice (Mariina skála – Mary´s rock, Veleminina wall, Rudolf´s stone)
Lausatian mountains (CZ) / Zittauer Gebirge (D)
- So called Tolštejn estate (surrounding of town Jiřetín pod Jedlovou with view-tower on the Jedlová hill, ruins of Tolštejn castle and so called Cross-way)
- Peak Luž (Lausche) directly at the Czech frontier with Germany
- Further hills with beautiful views into surroundings – Klíč, Hvozd, Malý Stožec
- Air spa towns of Oybin, Jonsdorf, Waltersdorf and Lückendorf in Germany. You can enjoy climbing on the rocks nearby these towns
- Border-town Grossschönau with its well-preserved centre consisting of half-timbered houses

- outlook-towers Hrádek at Varnsdorf, Dymník near Rumburk, Tanečnice, Vlčí Hora and Weifelberg (D)
Bohemian Middle mountains (cone hills)
- Milešovka (in opinion of Alexander von Humboldt, famous German traveller and humanist of the 19th century, there is one of the best 5 views of surrounding area in Europe at all). Johann von Goethe liked visiting this hill, too.
- Lovoš near Lovosice
- Říp hill (mythical legendary hill from the Czech history – according to the famous legend the forefather Czech brought his tribe to this country –Bohemia – it has then been called in his name)
- Ruins of castle Hazmburk. It enables panoramatical view of the middle Bohemia, Bohemian middle mountains and, if the weather enables it, also further Bohemian mountains.
Bohemian Paradise (romantic sandstone rock towns)
- Romantic ruin of castkes Trosky and Bezděz near Máchovo jezero (lake)
- Sandstone rock towns “Prachovské skály”, “Drábské světničky”
Not very far from our hotel there are further Czech mountains:
- Krkonoše (Giant mountains) with its highest mountain Sněžka (1602 m over sea level), the highest mountain of the Czech Republic. There are well-known ski-centres of Špindlerův mlýn, Pec pod Snězkou and Harrachov
